FAQ!!!
Measurement and Fittings Zeluchi Charles (ZC) will carry out all measurements at her studio. In the event the customer is unable to come into the studio for measurements, ZC will provide all the measurement requirements for the client to ensure it meets our basic standards for us and a virtual measurement session will be conducted for the client. The client is expected to come in for one to two fitting sessions at our studio, or at a place of convenience in which the logistics would be covered by the client. Logistics would be included in the final bill. Whilst ZC endeavours to ensure properly fitting outfits based on measurements taken by ZC or assisted by ZC when done virtually by the client. ZC shall not be liable for fitting issues where the client does not come for their fitting session or where a wrong measurement is sent by the client. However, where possible, ZC shall fix such sizing issues provided the customer returns the outfit within the return policy terms.
