CUSTOM MADE ORDER
Measurement and Fittings
- Zeluchi Charles (ZC) will carry out all measurement at her Jabi studio. In an event the customer is unable to come into the studio for measurements, ZC will provide all the measurement requirements for the client to ensure it meets our basic standards.
- For custom-made orders/outfits, the client is expected to come in for one fitting session at our studio
- Whilst ZC endeavor to ensure properly fitting outfits based on measurements taken by ZC or sent by client. ZC shall not be liable for fitting issues where the client does not come for their fitting session or where a wrong measurement is sent by the client. However, where possible, ZC shall fix such sizing issues provided the customer return the outfit within the term of the Return Policy.
Delivery Terms
- What is the estimated delivery time for any order? Normal delivery will be a minimum of 10 working days, but orders/outfit with complexities such as design, etc., would require more time which would be made known to the client.
- What is considered an Express order? Orders expected to be delivered under 10 working days. This would attract a premium cost.
- ZC considers delivery timeline to be met once the order is ready and available for pickup at the ZC Studio. The Client will also be informed at the time.
Payment Terms
- The client is expected to make payment according to the invoice sent by ZC in regards to the order made.
- In the event that the client request that their order should not be proceeded on after deposit has been made. ZC reserves the right to refund only 50% of the total cost. Returns & refunds policy
- For wrong sizing or style defects on cloth(s) received: Re-work will be done if communicated to Zeluchi Charles within 1 week of receiving the order, with no cost to client, but no refund can be made.
