ORDERS
We only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card.
Orders made on zeluchicharles.com can only be cancelled (not changed) after 5 days of purchasing any item, a re-order can be done immediately after.
From time to time, we may give you Promo Codes that you can use to reduce the price of specified products. Remember, it’s up to you to enter the code at checkout!
- You can only use one discount/promo code per order. This applies to our free delivery codes too.
- Discount/promo codes cannot be used for gift vouchers or for any delivery charges.
- As our discount/promo codes vary so do the terms and conditions of each, so make sure you check when you receive any codes. Codes may only be valid for certain items and the majority of codes will have an expiry date. You should be able to find the terms and conditions in the same place you found the code whether it be through an email or on our website.
- Some codes will only work for specific people or for specific countries. The terms and conditions will state if the code can only be used in a certain country.

Returns are generally accepted based on a wrong shipment. Zeluchi Charles will resend the correct shipment at no cost to the client if notification is received within 5-days of receipt of the wrong shipment.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
- When you place an order with us on zeluchicharles.com, All item(s) bought cannot be returned or exchanged except for wrong shipments. Note that without the invoice of purchase exchange of any item(s) bought will not be accepted.
- Item(s) for return however must be in good condition with labels and tags intact upon return to ensure exchange. We do not offer refunds, only exchanges.
- We reserve the right to refuse any item(s) not returned in good condition and we are unable to accept any items returned after the 5 days period had elapsed without reporting the issue.
- Item(s) must be returned from the original shipping country with the original returns form. Please note that we may not exchange item(s) that are sent without any returns paperwork.
Returns are accepted when reported to support@zeluchicharles.com within 5 days of receiving the order, and Zeluchi Charles will send the correct item at no cost to the client as long as there is proof of purchase and return.

If you have an issue with any order, please reach out to support@zeluchicharles.com within 5 days of receiving the order.
Also, you can return your items to us for an exchange using your own shipper. If you do, please ship to the Zeluchi Charles Store at Suite SF4 2nd Floor, Busy Mart Plaza, 44 Ebitu Ukiwe Street, Jabi, Abuja, and inform us within 5 days of delivery. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the items and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our store. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain the proof of purchase. We cannot be responsible for any loss for any item(s) you have chosen to send.
